Do Exercise Regularly /Advantages of doing Exercise.................

Do you know health is Wealth; Good health is a good state of mind.

Go in front of a mirror and see your body. Do you satisfy about it? I think 80% of people do not love their body or physical structure. But everybody have a dream structure. So getting a slim and beautiful body is little bit difficult. You have to do work hard.

However, doing exercise is not a one and only answer for maintaining a good health. Choosing the right diet is a nightmare (Over-eating, under-eating, sporadic eating, poor quality food) as this could affect your results and might be average at best. And also you have to think about following things.
1. You have to have sufficient sleep. It is good for your physical and mental health.
2. Avoid from alcohol and smoke.
3. Practice workouts under the supervision of professional trainer and discusses about exercise schedule and diet schedule.
4. Practice to do meditate at least 15 minutes per day.
