How to avoid from hair falling.. Treatment and tips for hair falling.. Solutions

Normally an average person experience their hair fall daily, this may vary from person to person. This may happened due to various reasons such as the age, gender, climate, working environment etc. falling hair is natural because for the hair you lose due to fall will not be a big issue as you get new hair instead of them. But losing your hair with a huge numbers and if you can not control it then it is a problem and we need to solve it until you get bald head.

With out treating the losing hair problem first we have to find out why we lose hair. This can be happen du to dandruff, stress and strain, due to the shampoo, conditioner and other things you apply to your hair, improper cleaning of your hair, due to apply oil in un proper way or unsuitable and inferior quality of oil etc.

Here I will give you some tips so that you can apply them and see whether you will get a solution for the issue you face.

· Do not use hair dryer frequently.
· Always try to apply herbal products and try to avoid artificial things as much as possible.
· If you apply oil do not leave it in your hair for more than two three hours.
· Try to avoid using chlorinated water when you bath.
· Make it a habit to add more green leaves to your meals so that it · will help you to reduce your hair fall.
Try to avoid having bath specially in the evening and night because it takes few hours for you to get your hair dry if you use natural way to you’re your hair than you do it during the day time.
· Do a hot oil treatment/massage at lease once a week.
· Trim your hair at least once in two months.
· Do not tie your hair too tightly, if you happen to do so do not do it for a longer hours, from time to time loosen your hair and retie.
· Do meditation which will help you to reduce your stress and it will affect in a good way to your falling hair problem.
· Do not directly face your head to hot sun use a cap or an umbrella if you happened to be in the hot sun long hours.
· If you have a dandruff first consult a doctor and get the treatment for that first, then some times your hair fallen problem also will over once you over come the dandruff problem.
· Avoid drinking too much alcohol and avoid using chemical based hair dressing products to your hair
· Drink water as much as possible so that your body will get cool and it will help you to cool your head as well.
· Do not change your hair style very often and with the chemicals they apply to do so will badly affect your hair.
